Since 2018, Zeina has served as Chief Executive Officer of Trevello Travel Group and COO of Trevello World Holdings, where she has led the organization through a significant period of expansion, modernization, and strategic evolution. Under her leadership, Trevello has strengthened its position as one of North America’s leading host travel agencies, recognized for its entrepreneurial advisor network, innovation-driven culture, and forward-thinking approach to the future of travel.
Prior to joining Trevello, Zeina served as CEO of TravelBrands Inc., where she led one of the industry’s most notable turnaround stories. Tasked with guiding the company out of bankruptcy protection, she successfully restructured and rebuilt the organization, restored profitability, and led a major brand transformation that streamlined more than 20 individual brands into five core business pillars. Her leadership not only stabilized the company but repositioned it for long-term growth and relevance in an evolving travel marketplace.
Earlier in her career, Zeina spent more than a decade at Air Canada, holding several senior executive positions including President and CEO of Air Canada Vacations, Vice-President of Sales, Distribution, Business Development & eCommerce, and General Manager of Tango, one of Canada’s pioneering low-cost airlines. These leadership roles established her reputation as an executive capable of driving innovation, operational excellence, and large-scale organizational transformation.
A passionate advocate for women in leadership and entrepreneurship, Zeina has dedicated much of her career to mentoring and empowering the next generation of industry leaders. She is deeply committed to creating more inclusive pathways for women to build successful businesses, leadership careers, and financial independence within the travel industry.
