Mark Stubbert has served as Vice President of Member Relations at Ensemble since September 2023. In this role, Mark works closely with the modern boutique travel agency consortium’s members, where he is responsible for engaging with member agencies, understanding their needs, and providing ongoing support to help them maximize their fullest potential and growth.
Prior to his role at Ensemble, Mark spent three years at Travel Edge Network, where he held key positions including Vice President of Operations and subsequently as Vice President of Advisor Services.
Mark’s journey in travel sales began with his tenure at CWT (Carlson Wagonlit Travel), where he served as the Senior Director of the North America region. In this capacity, he led the North American operations team, focusing on sales, training, and customer experience within the leisure travel division. His leadership and strategic vision played a pivotal role in driving sales initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence in customer service.
Before his transition into the travel industry, Mark spent 25 years in banking, where he held various roles in operations and customer service providing him with experience in operations management, customer relationship management, and strategic planning.
