Jenni is an avid traveller; she has explored 40 different countries and is based in Toronto, ON. Her career in the travel industry began early, starting in Trafalgar reservations after interning at a travel agency while studying Travel and Tourism. She quickly advanced into a supervisor role, eventually becoming the Reservations Manager for Insight Vacations. After spending a year abroad in Australia—including six months at the Sydney TTC office—she joined Contiki Holidays, where she spent nearly 12 years leading the contact center team, working as a Sales Manager, and later managing Partnerships and Business Development. In 2022, Jenni joined the TTC Tour Brands team as Director, Strategic Accounts. She continues to embrace every new challenge in this exciting industry and is passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences.
